Transaction Types
  • First mortgage value-add and special situation bridge loans
  • Single asset and/or portfolio (multi-asset) structured financings (B-note, mezzanine and/or preferred equity)
Investment Criteria
  • Investment hold size from $25 million to $250+ million
  • Target term of 2 to 5 years
  • LTV/LTC up to 85%
  • Floating rate preferred
  • US focus with international capabilities
