Monroe Capital Supports Beecken Petty O’Keefe & Company’s Acquisition of Examination Management Services, Inc.

Monroe Capital LLC today announced it acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a $22.5 million senior term loan facility to support the acquisition of Examination Management Services, Inc. (“EMSI”) by private equity sponsor, Beecken Petty O’Keefe & Company.

Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, EMSI is an outsourced service provider of medical information, risk adjustment and comprehensive investigative services to insurance companies, health insurers, and employers. The company currently services a broad range of customers across industries including Medicare Advantage and commercial health plans, life insurance and property and casualty insurance companies, academic research institutions, and major public and private corporations.
